We don’t need your sweet words and empty promises. The Filipino people feel the reality every single day—rising costs, uncertainty, and a future that grows more unclear.

We are not blind. We are not deaf.
We are calling for genuine leadership, real solutions, and sincere service to the nation. Enough rhetoric—what we need is action.

STATEMENT OF WOMEN FOR THE NATION CEBU

We are not opposing the impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte because of political favor or personal interest.

We stand because Women for the Nation Cebu is for the people and for the country. Our purpose is to uphold what we believe will serve the best interest of the Filipino nation.

We respectfully appeal to allow the Vice President to perform her duties and responsibilities entrusted to her by the Filipino people.

Instead of continuing political conflicts and divisions, we call on all our leaders to focus on unity, stability, and solutions to the challenges faced by our nation.

Let our elected officials work together with fairness, respect, and genuine dedication for the progress and welfare of the Philippines.

For the Filipino people.
For unity.
For the future of our nation.

Mr. President,

We humbly raise our voices—not in defiance, but in deep concern for our nation and our people.

Please put an end to political conflict and division. Instead of fueling disagreements, we ask you to listen to the cries of Filipinos burdened by hunger, hardship, and growing frustration. Our people long not for conflict, but for unity, stability, and genuine progress.

Why not focus on building a stronger Philippines?
Why not choose unity over division among fellow Filipinos?

Your leadership holds the power to restore hope to the less fortunate—
to give courage to those who struggle every day.

We ask for a government that serves with integrity, free from corruption.
A government that delivers what rightfully belongs to the people.
A government that upholds justice and ensures that every Filipino feels safe, protected, and cared for.

Allow us to live without fear.
Reassure us that our nation is not heading toward decline,
but toward a future of dignity, peace, and prosperity.

Mr. President, we appeal to your heart—

Mr. President,

Naririnig niyo po ba ang sigaw ng bayan?

Hindi po ito sigaw ng galit—
ito po ay sigaw ng gutom, hirap, at pagod.

Habang ang pulitika ay puno ng ingay at bangayan,
kami pong mga ordinaryong Pilipino ay tahimik na lumalaban para mabuhay.
Araw-araw, dala namin ang bigat ng kakulangan,
at ang takot na baka tuluyan nang bumagsak ang kinabukasan ng aming pamilya.

Tama na po ang hidwaan.
Hindi na po namin kailangan ng political war—
ang kailangan namin ay pagkakaisa.

Bakit po hindi ituon ang lakas sa pagbangon ng bansa?
Bakit hindi unahin ang kapakanan ng mamamayan?

Nasa inyong kamay ang kapangyarihan
para buhayin ang pag-asa ng mahihirap,
para bigyan ng lakas ang mga nawawalan ng loob,
at para ipadama na ang gobyerno ay tunay na naglilingkod.

Ibigay niyo po sa amin ang nararapat para sa amin:
✔ Serbisyong tapat at walang korapsyon
✔ Katarungang patas at may malasakit
✔ Pamumunong may puso at pananagutan

Gusto naming maramdaman na kami ay ligtas.
Na kami ay hindi nakakalimutan.
Na sa ilalim ng inyong pamumuno—
ang Pilipinas ay may direksyon, may pag-asa, at may kinabukasan.

Mr. President,
