NOTICE TO OUR GUEST
1.Upon checking in will deposit equivalent to 20% of daily rooms rates shall be collected. 2. In case you cancel a reservation before its actual date, your payment shall be refunded,but be subjected to a 20% fine,breach, based on the total payment that you had made. 3.Your total payment shall be forfeited in case you decide to check out after occupying a room for [30]minutes or more .however,if you decide to leave after occupying a room in less than [30] minutes,you may get a refund of your full payment less 20% for service charge. 4. In case you had paid for one[1] day or more of room accommodation and then decided to check out before consuming your entire payment,the remaining amount shall no longer be refunded ,but shall automatically credit to your room accommodation at the future date, thirty [30] days within the time you decided to discontinue your stay to this apartelle. 5.Each and every electrical appliance that you bring in and use inside this apartelle shall have corresponding electricity charge of a minimum amount of one hundred pesos [100] per day.
