For this reason, we kindly ask everyone to respect our standard check-in and check-out schedule:
🕑 Check-in: 2:00 PM
🕙 Check-out: 10:00 AM (the following day)
While there is a 4-hour interval between bookings, this time is carefully allocated for the complete preparation of the resort. As we accommodate guests on a daily basis, our team works diligently within this limited timeframe to thoroughly clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare the entire property for the next arrival.
In addition, our air-conditioning units and appliances operate continuously throughout each guest’s stay. The preparation period also allows these essential systems to cool down and rest, helping maintain their efficiency, longevity, and safe operation.
Please understand that this policy is not related to electricity consumption. Rather, it is part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
We also appreciate being informed of your arrival and departure times so we can coordinate operations smoothly.
