SECTION 9. HOTELS OR ACCOMODATION ESTABLISHMENTS

Only hotels or accomodation establishments with valid Department of Tourism (DOT) Accreditation shall be allowed to operate at 50% capacity and to accomodate guests and clients for legitimate purposes under a state of public health emergency.
