The grooms who tend to the horses are happy for guests to come say hi. The riders are happy for a well-deserved hot shower 😉

Did You Know: Culinary Edition 👨🏼‍🍳

1) Photo one is our Lead chef — Faiz ur Rehman — who has been with us from the start, about 30 years now

2) We have fruit and nut orchards and our team plants & grows beautiful, organic seasonal gardens

3) To avoid food wastage, our team only prepares what we need each day

4) Our chia seed breakfast bowl is a decades-long favourite with guests. It varies seasonally … photo 2 is with blackberries from our gardens, mango, banana, dried walnut & figs

5) Beyond our gardens, all ingredients are bought from local farmers and providers

6) Our team picks the freshest items from our gardens and the local markets every day to choose the most inspiring ingredients

7) BECAUSE OF ITEM 6 ABOVE … we’ve never had a set menu! If we have a lot of guests with us on any particular day we setup the buffet. Otherwise we plate and serve guests when “our home” is less filled
