We hope this post finds you well. We are writing this to address the recent accusation of privacy breach leveled against SHISHKINN LAKE RESORT. We want to assure you that these accusations are entirely unfounded and without merit.

At SHISHKINN LAKE RESORT, we uphold the highest standards of guest privacy and confidentiality. We diligently adhered to all established protocols and procedures regarding guest information. Accusation that we have breached these protocols is simply untrue or baseless.Even our staff members are not allowed to go to that under construction area.Tourist guide himself went to that area unattendedly and do this shameful act of accusing us with false accusation of privacy breaching, it is totally preplanned propaganda against Shishkinn lake resort and whole tourism industry in Hunza.

We understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality of tourists in our resort, and we take our responsibilities in this regard very seriously. If there are any concerns or misunderstandings that need clarification, we are more than willing to discuss them openly and transparently.

انتظامیہ شیشکن اِن ریزورٹ ہنزہ عطاآباد لیک کل ایک ویڈیو بمع کُچھ تصویریں سوشل میڈیا شیئر کرنے پر مذامت کرتے ہیں اور قانونی چارہ جوئی کا مکمل حق بھی رکھتے ہیں ۔
حالانکہ ہمارا ہوٹل اس وقت زِیرتعمیر ہے اور ہوٹل کے چھت پر غیر متعلقہ افراد کانکلنا منمنوع ہے اِس کے باؤجود غیرمقامی دو افراد نکل کر ہوٹل کی بدنامی اور ہنزہ میں سیاح کا رش دیکھ کر بوکھلا ہٹ کا شکار ھوکر بیہودہ حرکت کی ہے۔
اگر ہوٹل کے اندر ایسی کوئی غلطی تھی تُو ہوٹل انتظامیہ سے بات کرنا چاہیے تھا یا لوکل انتظامیہ /پولیس سے رابِطہ کرنا چاہیے تھا ایسا کچھ بھی نہیں اِن تصویروں کو خود سیوریج ڈک سے بلاک ہٹاکر ویڈیو بانتے ہے اور ڈائریکٹ سوشل میڈیا پے پوسٹ کی ہے اِس سے یہ صاف ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ ہنزہ اور گلگت بلتستان میں سیاح کا رش ہضم نہیں ہو رہا ہے ہم ڈسٹرکٹ ایڈمسٹریشن اور ہنزہ ہوٹل ایسوسیشن سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ اِس کی صاف شفاف انکوئری کروائے۔ اور ایسے عناصر کو کیفرِ کردار تک پہنچائے تاکہ آ ئیندہ کوئی بھی فرد اس قسم کی کوئی غیر اخلاقی حرکت نہیں کر سکے۔
