The untimely loss of Haidar Tai, a well-known politician, social activist, martial arts specialist, and transporter is deeply saddening. He remained highly committed to serving the people of Hunza especially the Gojal Valley. Apart from our family connections, we the owners of Jubilee Hotel, had been associated with him and his company, Tai’s Transport Service (TTS), since 1993 and maintained cordial business relations.

It is indeed heartbreaking to lose such a man who devoted his entire life to serving the indigenous community of Upper Hunza. In recognition of his significant services may Allah grant his beautiful soul the highest ranks in Jannah, grant peace to his eternal soul, and give enough courage to his bereaved family to bear this irreplaceable loss. Ameen.

گزشتہ 48 گھنٹوں سے عطاء آباد ہنزہ کے مقام پر تعمیر شیشکن ہوٹل کے واش روم کے سیوریج پائپ کے حوالے سے سوشل میڈیا اور نیشنل میڈیا پر بغیر تحقیق کے شور و غل مچایا جا رہا ہے۔ ہنزہ اور یہاں کی سیاحت سے وابستہ افراد کو بدنام کرنے کی ناکام کوشش کی جا رہی ہے۔

ہم واضح کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ یہ پائپ کسی مہمان سیاح کی پرائیویسی خراب کرنے کے لیے نہیں لگایا گیا۔ ہوٹل اس وقت زیر تعمیر ہے اور یہ پائپ لائن اوپر والے منزل کے لیے لگائی گئی ہے۔ پائپ کے سوراخوں کو کاغذ اور اینٹوں کے ذریعے مکمل طور پر بند کیا گیا تھا۔ ایک نابلد خاتون نے اس صورتحال کو سوشل میڈیا پر ایک سنگین مسئلہ بنا کر پیش کیا۔

ہنزہ ہوٹل ایسوسیشن کے صدر و ممبران نے خود ہوٹل کا معائنہ کیا ہے اور تصدیق کی ہے کہ ہوٹل زیر تعمیر ہے اور پائپ لائن اوپر والے منزل کے لیے رکھی گئی ہے۔ تمام پائپ کے سوراخوں کو اینٹوں کے ذریعے مکمل طور پر بند کیا گیا تھا۔ ہم اس محترمہ اور اس کے ساتھی کے الزامات کو مسترد کرتے ہیں، جو اینٹوں کو اٹھا رہا تھا۔

یہ واقعہ وادی ہنزہ کی سیاحت کو بدنام کرنے کا ایک سوچا سمجھا منصوبہ لگتا ہے۔ وادی ہنزہ کی سیاحت سے وابستہ تمام افراد سیاحوں کو اپنے خاندان کا حصہ سمجھتے ہیں اور ان سے ہم رزق حلال کماتے ہیں۔ ہم اپنے مہمانوں کے ساتھ کبھی بھی ایسی حرکت نہیں کریں گے اور نہ ہمیں ایسی تربیت دی گئی ہے۔ ہم اس سوشل میڈیا پروپیگنڈے کی بھرپور مذمت کرتے ہیں۔
