To enhance children’s navigational skills and in celebration of World Orienteering Program (September 17–25), a special program was organized today at Public School Hyderabad. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, where 20 girls successfully completed their orienteering tasks in record time.
By hosting this activity, Public School Hyderabad took a pioneering step in introducing orienteering to the jewel of Sindh — Hyderabad. A lively group of energetic students embraced the challenge and showcased their passion for this adventurous sport. The event was jointly organized by the Sindh Alpine Association in collaboration with the HighFive Orienteering Program, and held at the school’s sports ground.
Notable personalities present on the occasion included Mr. Ali Raza, Vice President of the Alpine Club of Pakistan; Mr. Zulqarnain, Secretary of the Sindh Alpine Association; Ms. Farah Fatima, Coordinator of the HighFive Orienteering Program; and Ms. Fareeda Chauhan, Executive Board Member of the SAA.

The Shake Adventures Pakistan team has arrived at Wahi Bandi to take part in the Rock Climbing and Camping program, organized by the Alpine Club of Pakistan, at Gorakh Hill. The five dedicated team members will be staying in the camps for two nights, where they will enjoy adventure in a natural mountain environment. This training camp will not only give them the chance to practice rock climbing and trekking, but also help them improve their teamwork, survival skills, and confidence in the outdoors. It promises to be a memorable experience that will help them grow as mountaineers and adventurers.
