• Handle operational matters of the hotel in order to deliver an exceptional level of services to the employees

• Ensure that services being delivered are in line with the standards policies and practices

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure better administration and quick processing of employees benefits i.e. Medical, Travel reimbursement etc.

• Ensure quick and effective redressal of employee grievances through employee oriented policies and procedures

• Complete hiring of employees as per business requirements and HR guidelines

• Conduct employee engagement events in order to enhance the engagement level of employees

• Conduct training and development of employees in order to improve the capabilities

• Ensure employees' personal files, data and all requisite data is updated and accurate

· Graduation / Post Graduation with Majors in HR
