This is what happens when you kick these bastards out of Pakistan only to have them regroup, reorganize, rearm and retrained in Afghanistan. By not attacking them in Afghanistan we have given an open playing field to RAW and NDS for totally capitalizing on the situation. Yes we don't face a territory occupying insurgency anymore but what we face now is a deadly, willing and resourceful enemy which wants to kill and die not occupy and fight.
