Pakistan is on track to welcome its first-ever tourist glass train, a landmark project aimed at promoting tourism and offering scenic railway journeys. The initiative, led by the National Engineering Services Pakistan (Nespak), is currently in its feasibility study phase, which is expected to be completed by April 30, 2025. The first phase of the project involves constructing a 55-kilometer railway line, starting from Islamabad’s Margalla Railway Station and passing through picturesque locations such as Bhara Kahu, Phurwaha Mor, Ghora Gali, Jhika Gali, and Bhurban.
