Der Mieter haftet fϋr eventuelle Schäden, die wärend der Mietzeit enstehen. Zur Garantie der genauer Respektierung aller Verhaltensregeln Instandhaltung und korrekten Nutzung des Apartmens verlagen wir eine Kaution von 50 Euro. Die Summe wird nach Kontrolle der Wohnung am Abreisetag zurϋckerstattet. Dear Guests! Please do pay attention to the following rules:
* A hotel day starts at 2 PM
* Smoking is prohibited on the area of apartment
* Do not move the furniture
* Curfew lasts from 10 PM until 6 AM
* Empty the bins
* The items we provide You with shall be returned unspoiled
On the leaving day please do:
* Leave the apartment prior to 10 AM
* Make sure you close windows and the door
* Wash the dishes and empty the bins
* The key must be returned in person to the apartment owner
As a guest You take full responsibility for making mischief. Consequently, we are obliged to charge You 200 PLN in order to cover potential damage. If there are no issues, the charge is returned to You while leaving the apartment and submitting the keys. Please notice that only the number of people provided during the booking may overnight in the apartment. Make sure You leave the apartment in the same conditions as it was on Your arrival.
