This is a perfect place for leisure time and rest because around the area there are many bicycle paths, parks, forests and most of all beautyful sea. Next to the building with flat there is a big parking, Helios Cinema, many great and well-known Restaurants, pubs, bars, fast-food restaurants such as: McDonald's,KFC or Subway. Electricity bills, gas bills and water bills are all included in the price! It is possible to provide one more bed for 2 people then flat might be rented for maximum 4 people.
