Regulations
1. The number of persons staying in the apartment is limited to the number of persons indicated in the reservation. If there are more people in the apartment, the owner has the right to cancel the reservation with immediate effect or charge the client the amount of 500PLN for every extra person.
2. Silent night offer from 22:00 - 8:00. In case of organizing an event
or other loud or disturbing behavior, the owner has the right to cancel the reservation with immediate effect or charge the client 500PLN. In special situations threatening order and security, the security agency and the police can be called without warning. The cost of applying the intervention up to PLN 500.
3. In the apartment, smoking and drug use are strictly forbidden.
4. In the event of damage to the apartment, the customer is obliged to cover the cost of repair. Carpet / couch cleaning - 120 PLN. Painting the walls - PLN 100. Cleaning apartments after smoking - PLN 400. Lost of keys set - PLN 160. Lost of towel - PLN 50.
5. It is not allowed to change the settings of the central heating furnace. If you need to change the temperature, please contact the owner.
6. Please close the windows before leaving the apartment.
7. Check-in starts from 15:00 (3 PM), check out until 11:00 AM. Other hours must be agreed and confirmed with the owner.
8. Reservation of the apartments can be made via Booking.com, AirBnB.com or directly via the Brokilon House page on Facebook.
9. Reservations made via Facebook can be paid via Przelewy24.pl service.
