I have cozy studio apartment to rent at Przewóz Str. in Krakow. The localization is very well, there are meny stores and services in the neighborhood, as well as tram and bus stops. The place is just 6km away from city center and has perfect connection by Tram or Bus. The tram and bus stop is 3 min by walk.

The apartment is in perfect condition, fully equipped and furnished. It's decorated with high quality elements, furnitures and appliances. There is a big balcony. The apartment has a south view by big windows, and it is air-conditioned.

The monthly fixed price is 3000pln and it includes 2400pln of rental fee plus 600pln for all bills (administration, water, heating, electricity, internet).

I collect a deposit in amount of 2400pln and I prefer 12 months contracts.

I have a single-bedroom apartment with big fully equipped kitchen in City Center, at Miechowska Str.
The price is fixed in amount of 1900PLN per month, but in case of signing at least 12 months contract I am happy to negotiate it.
It’s very quiet place, the big windows have backyard view.

I have for rent a single room in City Center, very close to Jordan’s Park and AGH University Campus, at Miechowska Str.
The price is 1000pln with all bills per month, and it is fixed price regardless of the season.
The apartment keeps very nice standard, there are four single rooms, at the moment all flatmates are males.

I have a nice room with great view from 10th floor 🏙 at Gnieźnieńska Str., Azory district, to rent in very good price (650 of rental fee + 220 all bills = 870PLN/month fixed price).
Only two flatmates, at the moment two males.

I have a small single room to rent located in City Center of Krakow at Lea Str.

The location is just perfect for students as well as for professionals. The nearest tram stop is 50m away (No. 4, 8, 13, 14, 24) and bus stop is 250 m. There is a big grocery store in the area and all kind of small stores, bars, restaurants and services just around the corner.

The room is fully furnished. There is a comfortable bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, and a closet. You will find a big window there, directed on west. The room door has a locker with an unique key.

There is only one flatmate (male student). The apartment is small but easy and cheap to maintenance. In the bathroom you will find a shower cabin and a washing machine. There is a place to prepare food equipped with dishes, cook pans etc.

The rental fee is 600PLN plus 220PLN as an advance for bills. In total 820PLN per month. I prefer long term contracts and I take a deposit in amount of 600PLN..

I have a nice room to rent in the City Center of Krakow, at Zwierzyniecka Str.

The location is just perfect, a few steps from famous Main Square and Wawel Castle. There are many walking paths and cultural points as well as coffee shops, pubs and all kind of stores and services. The nearest tram stop is 50m away (no 1, 2, 8, 13, 18, 70), and big bus hub „Jubilat” is just 200m away.

The room is very nice, fully furnished and equipped. You will find a big bed, a wardrobe, cabinets and a desk with a chair. The room has been just refreshed and prepared to be rented. Rooms door has a locker with an unique key.

The apartment has five rooms and has been also just renovated. In the shared area you will find a kitchen (fully equipped with two fridges, an electric oven, cooking panel etc.), a bathroom, a separated toilet and a hall. The whole place is clean and comfortable.

The total cost is 1150 and includes the rental fee 900pln plus 250pln as an advance for all bills (water, heating, power, gas and INTERNET). Deposit is 900pln and it is fully refundable. I prefer 12 months contracts. I have a contact translated to english.
