Houseboat is a floating 6-person apartment with 2 double rooms, a living room (where another 2 people can sleep), a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, 3 terraces, including on the upper deck and all other amenities that can be compared to a good hotel.
The usable area is equivalent to that of a small studio apartment, and the upper terrace with safe railings, sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, allows you to enjoy the sun.
It can comfortably accommodate and entertain up to 6 people. You will swim on Lake Lubiąż in Lubniewice - clean and rich in all kinds of fish.

The important thing is that controlling a houseboat does not require any qualifications from you, only short training. It is controlled like a car with slightly larger dimensions.
The house has a fireplace heating, a fridge, a stove and a grill, and a radio with speakers. It can also be used outside the summer season. It has a lowering gangway through which you can go ashore at any point. And a quiet, ecological and economical engine. It also has an echo sounder to measure depth and track fish.
We have 2 such houses of older production (2015) with dimensions of 9 x 3.4 m and 3 of the newest production (2022) with dimensions of 10 x 4, very modern and comfortable.
This is the first attraction of this kind in our region!!! Each is decorated slightly differently, but to a similar, high standard.
Our offer is addressed to families, organized groups, anglers and anyone interested. You can organize groups of up to 30 people and spend time together in an attractive way.
The price includes a set of bedding, dishes, pots, towels, cutlery and blankets for 6 people.
