at famous Malinowa. If you wish to immerse in Polish culture you can
listen to a Chopin concert at the Szuster Palace, or have herring and vodka at the old-school café Mozaika. Then you can finish up the day
reveling in the exciting nightlife of Regeneracja, just a block

We've got the name in honour of the locally established, first
self-service grocery store in all the countries of the Eastern Bloc. The building's name, Supersam, is an abbreviated version of Polish
“super self-service". Opened in June of 1962, Supersam brought a significant change to the
postwar Poland. In 2006, the Supersam was closed and leveled, supposedly to provide space for a high-rise office tower. Soon thereafter, one of the most outstanding architectural structures designed in the Communist era
was demolished. The demolition of the Supersam stirred heated debate
in Warsaw and a public campaign in defense of the monument of
socialist architecture.
