The rates depend on the amount of berries on the plantation, during the period when the employee can harvest from 6 to 10 kg - the rate is PLN 3 net per kilogram, when the amount of berries become smaller and the employee can harvest from 3 to 5 kg - the rate increases to PLN 8 per kilogram.

Approximate minimum berry picking rates per hour:
Blueberries - 7-8 kg.

🦺 Responsibilities:
- collection of blueberries and raspberries;
- care work: weeding, pruning, removing leaves, etc.

Candidate requirements:
Good physical condition

Harvesting takes place standing, with the help of carts, the berries are grown at a height of 1.3 meters, so there is no need to bend over.
Work on the chord system allows you to achieve a satisfactory salary at a high level. Care and cleaning work is paid at an hourly rate.

📅 shift 8 - 10 - 12 hours, 6 days a week.

🏠 Accommodation: Accommodation near the plantation. Once a week, workers are taken to the neighboring area of Poddębice for shopping. In the near future, employees will have access to Wi-Fi.

Employees live in mobile Dutch houses for 5-6 people and a new comfortable hostel. Payment for accommodation - PLN 450 per month
There is a kitchen with equipment - gas stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle
electrical and basic kitchen equipment.
Each cottage has a separate toilet and bathroom.
There is a laundry room for use - located in a separate room where there are several washing machines, as well as large additional refrigerators for food storage.
