Just finished a Christmas / New Years trip to Warsaw, Poland. What a great time of the year. Alot of Christmas lights, museums, restaurants, culture, old world charm, cathedrals, shopping! The night life starts early here, it gets dark by 3:30 pm this time of the year.
Rode the train to Białystok and Gdansk.

We are still in place at our friends property in Pine Lakes, FL just north of Orlando, south of Gainesville. It is beautiful out here.
Yesterday, we went to Alexander Springs in the Ocala National Forest. Ocala is a 673 square mile preserve with sand pine flatlands, cypress-studded wetland prairies, densely wooded oak hammocks with stunning subtropical oases.
Who would have thought, a couple from Minnesota would be swimming in a spring fed pool, in February! It got up to 84 deg.F. yesterday, - 5 deg.back home! What a lovely day....in Florida!

We have been hunkering down for the 2-weeks, mochdockinng at our friends property in Eustis, FL. Sharing some memories and good times we have had and some forgotten ones too. Taking the time making a few RV repairs (full suspension upgrade and new front jack legs) and a bedroom remodeling project.

We had a sensational time traveling from Texas along the gulf coast with stops at :

Wow...I have gotten so behind. We are currently in Georgetown, TX... near Austin. We have stayed at Eastview RV Ranch for the past week, the longest we have stayed at anyone of our stops so far. We took a day trip into Austin on Sunday. Went to Butler Metro Park, across from the downtown skyline. We saw the Stevie Ray Vaughan statue, The Tree of Remembrance - Homelessness, did some shopping in the 2nd Street District and toured the Sixth Street Historic District, dinner at The Pit...fun day.
