Selected Omakase courses are now paired with dedicated sake - chosen to enhance the flavours, balance the textures and bring a new dimension to every bite.
From Yellowtail Jalapeño with a bright, fruit-forward Junmai Ginjo, to Black Cod Miso paired with a clean and floral Junmai Daiginjo, each pairing is designed as a conversation between dish and sake.
