This is why stretching is important, especially for someone of my advanced age 🤣

Until I see the specialist next week and have some test ran, all lessons will have to be rescheduled. I’m so sorry friends!

We do have other coaches, however, one will be having a baby VERY soon 😍 So she is also unavailable this summer.

Leaving us with one coach. He will be running all rentals! Coach Micah will meet with all equipment and give you the safety rundown before you hit the water. However, slots are limited!

All dressed up and nowhere to go 😞
Sure looks like a beautiful day, but that wind is nasty and we had to cancel our sessions.

Remember friends, on Grand Lake, winds 10 MPH or more can make paddle boarding a nightmare. With gusts over 35 MPH, like today, you better be a pro or have your phone because rescue may be in your future.

Remember:
-Always check weather AND wind conditions before going out.

- ALWAYS wear a life jacket

-Always have a plan

Took the board snorkeling today. What an adventure!! We were able to go out much further than the beach snorkelers and found several sea turtles as well as fish we’ve never seen before 🐠🦀🌊

I get jumpy in open water, but when I was leashed to my board, I felt secure enough to go anywhere.
