Everything is within Walking Distance! 24-Hr Market across the street, a block away, we have Walgreens and Charlie's Car Rentals. Hotels & Casinos like San Juan Resort & Casino, Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Water & Beach Club; Lots of Restaurants & Bars just minutes away. Water sports rentals are available at the beach; Bike rentals are near us. Bus stop and public transport are just in front of the building. There is a beautiful Beach and the perfect weather year-round!!

Direct access to the beach, Olympic sized swimming pool, Gazebo. The gym is available for an additional fee.
