sea breezes.
- Kitchen: sink inside, stove and bar beque located outside under the covered patio. There is a 4.1 cubic inch refrigerator and a cooler!
- Bathroom: toilet, shower and sink.
- Living room/Salon: Spacious with two futons and plenty of room for air-matress if needed. 40'' LED Smart TV con Netflix.
- Covered Patio: the center of activity with table, stove and BBQ. Room for your hammock if you bring one.
- Private Pool (above ground, 52" feet deep, 19 feet long, 10 feet wide) with deck

Chino – across the street from McDonalds. Good Chinese and seafood. Best fried chicken in Guanica. My choice is a huge vanilla ice cream for $1.07. Also great tostones. 25th of July Street

The cafeteria – weekdays a great lunch and drink for $5. Next to post office across the street from the Pharmacy. Lunch only. 25th of July Street

Friday, Saturday and Sunday – El Malecón (Boardwalk) with its street food at night Pinchos, hotdogs, etc. Also Hwy 116 has whole chickens with arroz con gondules (peas and rice), yucca with garlic, and green bananas. Try the little van with the lechon arroz con gondules and yucca for some of the best eating period. Available lunch only and go early or they will be sold out. Bakery – 25th of July Street across from gas station. Great food and great people. Pastries, sandwiches. Try breakfast with a huge egg ham and cheese sandwich (huevo, hamon y queso) for $2.50 or the avena (oatmeal). Supermarkets and Convenience Stores

Places to avoid: Copamarina – high cost, long waits, poor food. La Paguera’s bioluminescent bay- sad to say that it is not what it was but the snorkeling is still great. Things to bring:
-bar soap, towels, extra fans, sunscreen, bug spray, FISHING GEAR (great fishing), pillows, walking shoes, etc. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE PROPERTY
