They say location is everything, and that this home has. The water is just feet from the home with stunning views across the water. Watch boats, go for a swim, watch the sunsets, relax. With an incredible number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, you'll be set. The Cabo Rojo lighthouse and many other beautiful cities are just miles away. We stayed on the first floor of the home. The kitchen has the basics and is perfectly comfortable. The owner was quick to respond with any sightseeing or restaurant recommendations we asked for."

Our beach-front property is located a few steps from the water in Joyuda, Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. The beach is always calm and perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, spear fishing, snorkeling, or just relaxing on your care-free vacation. Many of Joyuda's famous restaurants, known for serving some of the island's freshest seafood, are a short walk away, where you can enjoy the day's catch while drinking an ice cold Medalla and watching the sun set over the horizon. Joyuda is conveniently located to allow you to experience other sights the island's west coast has to offer. The house is a 15 minute drive away from the Cabo Rojo Lighthouse, and 20 minutes from the world-famous bioluminescent bay in nearby Lajas. While the house is located in a quiet area perfect for unplugging, you are still close to all the necessary amenities, including the supermarket that is a two minute drive away, a 24-hour Walgreens just 7 minutes away, and the Mayaguez Mall, a short 10 minute drive away.
The entire house has three floors, which can be rented independently should you be vacationing with your family or significant other, or in its entirety, perfect for that vacation with a large group of friends. All of the floors come equipped with their own bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, DVD, and wireless internet. The ground floor offers a grill which is perfect for cooking up the fresh seafood you catch while spear fishing (or buy at the nearby market).
We speak fluent English, Spanish, Italian, and ASL, and are conversational in French. We open our home to people of all ethnicities and backgrounds.
