The Nieves-Rivera family is thrilled to unveil our newest project! Casita Miramar, located in Luquillo, is ready to welcome you with open arms.

Some fun facts about Casita Miramar:
- Built in 1977, adding a touch of history to your stay. But just listed as of August 2025.
- A cherished family property for over four decades.
- Originally a quaint one-story home, now a spacious two-story retreat with over 1,500 sq ft.
- A sister property to Casa del Sol, located on the second floor, allowing you to rent both properties for larger gatherings!

Everyday is Christmas in Puerto Rico! We like to celebrate and enjoy ourselves with loved ones during these weeks and express our Christmas spirit loud! Merry Christmas to all and now we start the countdown to the new year ✨

Make sure to visit local town centers as they are widely decorated with christmas lights & on the 28th there is the Festival of Masks in Hatillo, PR so make sure to not miss them!
