June is here, and that means one of Puerto Rico’s most loved traditions is almost here too... Noche de San Juan 🌊✨

Celebrated on the night of June 23, this special tradition brings families and friends to the beach for music, food, and a joyful midnight ritual in the ocean.

At 12:00 AM, many people step into the sea, often going in backwards 7 times, as a way to wash away bad energy and welcome good luck for the rest of the year.

If you’ll be staying with us around that time, It’s a fun, meaningful, and unforgettable way to experience Puerto Rican culture.

A little guest tip for your next rainforest day 🌿

If El Yunque is on your list during your stay, here are a few good things to know:

• Open daily: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No reservation required right now
• Entry is first come, first served
• Limited parking means earlier is better
• Parking is allowed only in designated areas

One of the best parts of staying at Skirt of El Yunque is being close enough to enjoy an early, peaceful start to the day before heading back to relax.
