This little apartment was just another diamond in the /very/ raw!
It’s original bedroom was small & kind of claustrophobic 👀and the living space seemed weird alone in the back. The fact is… it IS a small space. The goal? To make it work.
We opened an arch, representing the old architecture of the puertorrican homes, and in tune with my current mid century vintage love phase, to connect the bedroom with the living space. Worked perfect!
Then added our trademark ocean zen colors representing our Caribbean coastlines combining the teal&aqua of the waters with sandy colors and natural elements.
