Partner With Us to Thoughtfully Complete a Boutique Coastal Stay in Rincón, Puerto Rico

We’re inviting a values-aligned partner to help guide the next chapter of Puntas Treehouse—an existing, well-loved boutique vacation property in the Puntas neighborhood of Rincón.

The focus is on careful renovation and completion of three small-scale suites, designed to respect the coastline, the neighborhood, and what people already value about the property.

⸻

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a long-term partner who believes hospitality should be intentional, limited in scale, and responsibly operated.

What’s in place:
• An established property with a loyal guest following
• Approved designs for three thoughtfully planned suites
• A clear vision centered on stewardship, not overbuilding

⸻

The Collaboration
• Shared ownership in a unique hospitality asset
• Ongoing participation in rental operations
• A chance to help preserve and enhance a special place by the sea

We’re inviting a limited number of values-aligned partners to participate in an existing four-unit vacation rental designed to stay modest in scale and responsibly operated.

This is not a large hotel, a land grab, or a speculative play.
It’s a care-driven property focused on long-term stewardship, local integration, and respectful tourism.

Participation is structured at accessible levels, allowing shared ownership rather than single-party control.
