It’s that time of year in the States when that hot cup of coffee in the morning is REALLY needed to get the day going. ☕️🥶 (And I’m in WA visiting currently and really feeling the chill in the mornings)

But let’s be honest… Puerto Rican coffee just hits different. 🇵🇷☕️

One sip and suddenly I’m not in the cold, bundled up in the States. Nope! I’m back in Puerto Rico, sitting in the sunshine, enjoying the mountain views, listening to the music, and pretending I don’t have a care in the world. 🌴☀️

Puerto Rican coffee is rich, smooth, and full of flavor… kind of like the island itself. 😉❤️

And let’s not forget: coffee in Puerto Rico comes with a side of ¡Ay bendito!, good conversation, and probably somebody telling you to eat something. 😂

So while y’all are over there scraping ice off your windshields, I’ll be over here sipping my café puertorriqueño and mentally booking my next flight. ✈️🇵🇷
