Some people leave behind money. Others leave behind buildings.
But the rare ones leave behind something much bigger: traditions, passions, and the kind of memories that quietly shape entire families for generations.
Yesterday, we said goodbye to the man who first introduced me to pickleball; the same game that would later become the heartbeat and inspiration behind Casa de Primo.
What started as time spent together on a court became something far greater: a place where families gather, friendships grow, laughter echoes late into the night, and strangers leave feeling like they belong.
Every serve, every game played here, every memory made around these courts carries a small piece of his legacy.
Casa de Primo would not exist in the way it does today without him.
Thank you for the lessons, the passion, the time, and the love you poured into the people around you. Your impact lives on here every single day.
Rest easy, grandpa. ❤️
