HIELO - ARTSY LOFT

This is a spacious studio apartment, on the ground floor of a condo in the Miramar area. What used to be a mini market is now a completely renovated studio loft. As part of the renovation we kept the storefront with large glass picture windows and glass louver windows. The property is very private, with a beautiful art collection by artist Sofía Maldonado Suarez, very inspiring for writers, artists and digital nomads. The large gated front terrace, shared with two other apartments, offers privacy and keeps the sidewalk 15’ away. It is filled with beautiful plants, flowers and trees. Each apartment has its own outside table where you can sit and enjoy the garden or work remotely. The outdoor terrace in season will be full of flowers. There’s always a nice breeze throughout the day.

You can also choose to chill inside. The spacious living area has a sofa bed, reclining chair, a workstation with High-speed WiFi and a lovely dining table. The apartment is very bright & fresh, equipped with a fan and AC. The bed nook has a queen size bed separated with curtains and a full bathroom next to it. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a washer/dryer.

Walk to the Convention Center, T-Mobile District, a variety of Puertorican and international restaurants and the Condado and Escambron beaches. Hielo is a great place to stay.

This apartment is ideal for a couple or long term work travel.

EL JARDIN.

This is a spacious one bedroom apartment, on the ground floor of a condo in the Miramar area. It´s next to Sofía Maldonado Suarez’ art studio, a renowned local artist. The property is very private. The gated front terrace, filled with beautiful plants and trees, offers privacy from the sidewalk. The outside table - for your sole use - is where you can sit and enjoy the Jardin (garden) or work remotely. The outdoor terrace in season will be full of flowers. There's always a nice breeze throughout the day.

You can also choose to chill inside, since we have a typical hammock in the living area, along with a lovely dining table, sofa, and a workstation with High-speed WiFi. The apartment is very bright & fresh, equipped with fans and ACs (in the living and bedroom); the bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom is large and comfortable, with a rain shower. The apartment includes a full kitchen and a shared washer/dryer room.The apartment is equipped with an EcoFlow solar powered battery in case of a power outage.
