Frankie and Joyce united their efforts in order to help tourists, volunteers, and residents who needed a fast relocation to stay in Puerto Rico. So many people affected by the hurricane, somebody had to think fast and use resources and lend a helping hand. Tourism was knocked down. Volunteers coming from all over the world. Residents with flooded homes. Everyone was looking for a dry, comfortable and clean place and there was no concierge, who could assist all these upcoming needs. These two made their mission to put the message out there and started assisting small hotels, small business owners, short time rentals and longtime rental owners by taking calls of all in need.
Nothing was sure, except the will to put their knowledge to good use. Joyce with a background in Hotel management and Frankie with background in style managed their connections and excellent customer service skills to assist Puerto Rico in its hour of need.
JFKey Vacations Rentals, “Joyce and Frankie with the key to your future memories” was born after these efforts, after realizing the market of Vacation Rentals needed a boost of energy, tech support and a refreshing perspective.
