House located 2-3 blocks from the Ocean Park Beach and the Barbosa (Ultimo Trolley) park. We have a spare room ready for single travelers or couples (gay or straight). It's a 3 bedroom house, and guests will have their own private room and semi-private bathroom. They will share hallway bathroom, dining area, kitchen, living room, and patio. sa park, which has tennis courts, track and field, jogging area, playgrounds, basketball and baseball courts, soccer field and all in front of Ocean Park beach. The house is located in a simple 10 minute driving range from the airport and Old San Juan and Condado by car and close to guest houses, restaurants, night life, stores, and entertainment. We prefer non-smokers, and guests must be honest, neat, organized and quiet. The room has one queen size bed, two chairs and tables. I'll give you a run down on the house. I live in it alone. Sharing will be with myself and other guests. I do have a property management office in the house as well. Thus between 8:30am and 6pm there may be 1-2 people coming by. I also have 2 good dogs (a Weimaraner and a English Springer Spaniel), other than that, the house is for you to enjoy. DOG LOVERS A MUST. All common areas, including kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove), dining room, TV room and patio we will share. The hallway bathroom will be shared with other guests. All I ask is that you be clean and considerate at all times. Buy your own food and enjoy your stay!
7% ROOM TAX - Please be aware that Puerto Rico Government requires all property owners to collect and pay a 7% room tax from room rates and fees (on stays of 90 days or less). Santa Teresita - Ocean Park neighborhood is a privileged location. To the east, Isla Verde tourist zone with restaurants, bars, nightlife, hotels and Isla Verde beach just a short 10 minute walk. To the west is Condado, the main tourism area of San Juan with more hangouts, dining options, fun places. And in between both my neighborhood has small inns such as Hosteria del Mar, Uno's Guest house and their excellent restaurants Uvva and Pamela's. Also close by Kasalta Bakery, Mango's Rest., Das Pastelhaus bakery. 10 minutes by car to the airport and to Old San Juan. Getting around
Public transportation is easily available. Bus 53 takes you to Old San Juan. A bus stop is two blocks away. Also the municipality of San Juan offers free shuttle service within the neighborhood and towards Old San Juan. House is ten minutes from airport and Old San Juan, walking distance to Condado and Isla Verde as well as restaurants, shops, grocery store and a large park (Barbosa ultimo trolley Park). Other Things to Note
Sheets, towels, toilet paper, towel paper, etc. are provided. Please bring your personal items such as toothbrush, hairbrush, soap. Grocery stores are also a short walk away. Please leave kitchen door locked if you leave home or when not in the area (backyard, garage or kitchen). Also, please clean all dishes and cups after use. Don't leave them in the sink unclean. My dogs shall be left inside if possible. Lastly, turn lights a/c or fans off when not in the house. Thanks!
