We’re growing and looking for a few good humans to grow with us.

From welcoming guests and keeping our spaces beautiful, to cooking, teaching, wellness and creating content, we’re opening several positions at Finca Victoria in Vieques.

Currently looking for:
Front Desk Hosts
Housekeeping
Chefs
Wellness Center Therapists
Yoga Instructors
Social Media Intern

Some positions are available now, others begin later this year or early 2027. Most roles are on-site in Vieques, so please check the individual slides for details.

Vieques is the kind of place where your itinerary starts with “beach” and somehow ends with horses, bioluminescence, yoga, snorkeling, a really good dinner and absolutely no idea what day it is.

Every morning from 8:30–10:30am, our kitchen serves a chef’s choice vegan breakfast made fresh with whatever is inspiring us that day. Staying with us? It’s included. Visiting Vieques? Come by for breakfast for $21.
