Job Vacancy: Front Desk Receptionist (7am-3pm)

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and creating a positive impression of the hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and checking them in/out
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Handling cash and credit card payments
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department/personnel
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual and reliable
