A lovely walk along past the the Lifeboat station then follow the path along the water and climb upwards (one tricky spot)- signposts to follow to the dam then cross here and it is a nice walk to Figueira- unfortunately we didn’t spot any pink flamingoes- Cafe Manu for a fab traditional lunch, fresh bread bought in the bakers next door then the return walk with a welcomed refreshment at The Yacht Club 😎🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️

A circular sunrise walk to beach, followed the shore to the breakwater then into Alvor for a lovely breakfast at Cult ‘n’ Art- a fabulous start to the day🌅

A fabulous cliff top walk to Praia da Rocha if you are sure footed- however trainers or walking sandals advised! A few coffee stops available when you reach Praia do Vau 🏃‍♀️☕️😎
