A Herdade da Corte Ligeira tem 250 hectares, dedica-se ao Agro Turismo, para além da agricultura e da pecuária. Possui oito quartos, onde o visitante pode pernoitar ou prolongar a sua estada durante algum tempo até retemperar as forças. Para que tal seja possível temos ao dispôr dos nossos hóspedes piscina, caça, passeios pedonais e a possibilidade de participar nalguns trabalhos agrícol
as, ao lado dos seis trabalhadores da herdade. Na Herdade da Corte Ligeira, após uma noite de paz e silêncio, os cânticos alentejanos de incitamento à vida iniciam-se com o trinar dos pássaros e o mugir dos animais que pastam nos campos, todo o ano vivendo em liberdade. E quando a janela do quarto se abre, pode o visitante deixar-se enternecer pela paisagem de um campo de girassóis, se for época disso. A ideia de rentabilizar o espaço foi amadurecendo e juntamente com a mulher Francisca Matos procederam à sua remodelação. O Projecto de agroturismo , que demorou cerca de quatro anos a concretizar, oferece muitas oportunidades para quem quiser sentir que afinal, a sua vida também faz parte integrante da mãe natureza.
