It is a fully renewed 2 bedroom, all equipped, inside a charming peaceful condominium with swimming pool, and nice balcony facing the sea. A 7 minute walk distance to sand beaches and 15 minutes walk downtown Ericeira. Private Parking for one car and public parking right after the residence. 25-30 minutes drive to Lisbon through highway.
