Amended House Rules
We are doing out outmost to insure your relaxing holidays in safe environment.
We are following all the recommendations and best practice guidelines issued by governments, health authorities, and international agencies, and we are taking all possible precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. In particular:
1. Our Local management and house-keepers are fully briefed and are collaborating with the owners of our villas on all Coronavirus-related issues.
2. A rigorous cleaning procedure with certified cleaning products, as well as disinfection of higher risk areas and airing the accommodation before each check-in.
3. Staff working in our accommodation have all been issued with Coronavirus hygiene guidelines.
4. We are equipping all our accommodation with special health and hygiene advice sheets, including the numbers and addresses of the closest specialised health centres.
5. A good supply of hand sanitiser and other relevant products are available in the local supermarkets and to be purchased by the guests.
6. As usual, our guests can contact our local management 24/7 for advice, reassurance, and practical help. They're on the ground and they have the know-how and the contacts to deal with all kinds of situations. The phone numbers will be provided closer to your arrival.
7. We also care about the safety of our staff. All our staff and caretakers are being trained on our new stringent health and hygiene procedures.
8. We recognise that some clients, for understandable reasons of social distancing, will prefer to limit to a minimum or completely exclude the presence of staff during their stay. With any questions please contact us by email or call us but do not hesitate to request personal assistance where it is absolutely necessary.
9. One week's stay: the maid service will be provided only before the guests' arrival and after departure. The extra towels will be left for your use.
10. Stay for longer than 8 nights: extra linen and towels will be left. Should the guests wish a maid service at the end of the first week, please call the management and set a certain time. The maid will enter the accommodation only in the absence of the guests.
11. A pool-man and a gardener will be providing their usual service, normally in the morning.
12. We ask our guests to be patient as in summer the accommodation, pool, and garden maintenance staff are providing service in many properties during the day and we cannot give you an exact time of their service. All our staff will be wearing safety masks.
13. In Portugal, personal masks are obligatory in public places. A wide range of them is available at the supermarkets and to be purchased by guests.
14. Due to a more rigorous daily cleaning procedure and necessary time to air the accommodation the check-in time is no earlier than 17H and check-out is no late than 10am. Should the accommodation be still occupied by your party after 10am we will charge you €25 per hour to hire an extra maid service.
All extra rules are in place to provide extra care for you as our guests, for our local staff who is working harder than ever to provide high standards of cleanness and to prevent spreading the virus further.
Thank you for your kind attention.
