"A boa vida do campo" is a small remodeled country house, inserted in a property of 9000 m2, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, without being too far from all the services that a small town offers. The property was once cultivated, but now has only a few fruit trees and natural vegetation. The house accommodates 4 people and has, on the f
irst floor, two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two beds), a living room with a small terrace, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. At ground floor level there is a large covered and fully walled patio, where we can shelter from the summer heat and where pets can be at ease. The patio has an old schist oven, a bathroom, and a place to do the laundry. The house features Wi-Fi and cable TV and you may park your car inside the property. A 5-minute walk away is Ronqueira's river beach and a restaurant with traditional Portuguese food. Within 2.5 miles is the Arganil, a small town with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and cafes. From here you can start to discover a region with numerous possibilities: schist villages, trails, forests, mountains, river beaches, and so on. About 50 km away is the City of Coimbra, with one of the oldest universities in Europe and a rich historical heritage.
