How often can you simply BE, while watching the sun setting at the skyline, after a wonderful day at a sunny, hot and wavy beach?

Two bedroom apartment, with a small entrance hall, a cozy living room with meals' area in the enclosed porch, a fully equipped kitchen and complete bathroom, in a high ground-floor. Windows in all rooms, including WC. All you may possibly need, including free wifi; because our winter home is now your summer's home. Free (and always available!) parking are two huge advantages, given their rarity in

the hot summer months, when Costa da Caparica is daily visited by thousands without the corresponding parking supply (either free or paid). Possible activities: beach, surf, windsurf, golf, parasailing, hang-gliding, horse riding, bird watching, guided/non-guided walks, monuments, nature picnics, movies, theatre, concerts, cafes and terraces, bars, discos, shopping, outlet shopping.... among others. The apartment is located at about 600m away from the beaches, 300m to the Urban Park, 400m to the INATEL's Leisure Center and its olympic swimmingpool and 400m to the city center (all services, commerce and transports to Lisbon, Almada, Fonte da Telha and Trafaria (3,5Km) – cross the Tagus river heading to Lisbon. 23Km to the Airport.) You'll get full attention during Check-in and check-out. Assistance will be provided in a need-to-have basis or other way, if necessary. Possibility of tranport in private vehicle, from/to the Airport - or any other place - if previously arranged. We also have 2 bikes that can be borrowed for a small extra value. The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in a neighborhood of buildings of four floors, surrounded by green gardens, inhabited mainly by families who live here all year and, as owners, we have associative bonds between us, with our own facilities and activities. Therefore, the atmosphere is very warm and in the summer, reception and interaction with our visitors - family, friends, migrant, domestic and foreign visitors - is very nice and familiar. One street ahead, you'll find a minimarket and a small but friendly restaurantt: at the terrace of the Veleiro's restaurant you'll find the most appetizing snails and taste the refreshing portuguese beer, along with a few fried shrimps and some buttered toasted bread. Children are very welcome and this is the perfect spot if you want to enjoy a family time, if you want to read, to write, to listen quietly to music, to go out surfing or other outdoor activity and return by night (or dawn) for a restful sleep. Yet, it is not the most suitable place if you loudly love to party. Smoking inside the house is not allowed and we invite our guests lo leave the apartment as they found it and that includes odors (one of the reasons, along with possible allergies, not to accept pets; sorry.)

O Caparica Primavera Surf Fest (6 a 15 de Abril) cimenta o estatuto de maior festival de surf do país e um dos maiores da Europa, com três provas de calendário Mundial da WSL e mais um enorme cartaz desportivo em que praticamente todas as modalidades de ondas estarão representadas, além do skate e outras surpresas.

Além deste importante cartaz de nível internacional, destaque para as etapas de Nacionais de Bodyboard, Longboard e Surf Esperanças, que mostram bem o potencial e diversidade das ondas da Costa da Caparica.
