“Hi my name is Teresa, I am a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Physiotherapist with years of experience in health and wellness. I am certified as a 500-hour Spanda Vinyasa Yoga instructor and expanded my skills with a Pre- and Postnatal Yoga training and Sound Healing training.

My classes are designed to accommodate all levels, combining knowledge of the human body with holistic yogic principles to support balanced, safe, and effective practice for every participant. For me Yoga has always been a journey of self-exploration, whether it is our body or our mind, and I am trying to share my passion and experience with everybody who is joining me on the mat.“

“Hi, I am Laurelle- your yoga instructor stepping in for Teresa’s classes through the beginning of December. Originally from Toronto, Canada, I bring over 5 years of experience in teaching yoga. As a dedicated yoga and meditation guide, I lead students through a wide range of styles and levels, focusing on the harmony of movement, breath, and stillness.

My philosophy is simple: come as you are, take what you need, and leave what you don’t. I am passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, believing that everyone can benefit from the practice, regardless of their experience level.”

Get to know our yoga teachers

„Hi, nice to meeting you- I am Tina!

What does it mean to truly feel like yourself? To know who you are? A question that pops up into our minds more often than ever before. “Yoga” in Sanskrit means “to union” and while there are many defintions out there, to me Yoga means “to union” with myself. A journey of self-relization to find the higher purpose deep inside (Purusha), independent on nature and circumstances around (Prakriti). This pure and authentic unchangable core, that would have always been the same, no matter how your life would have been turned out. 
 
To me, Yoga it is not about doing crazy poses or being the most flexible body type. It is more about about being your authentic self on and off the mat without comparision, without ego, without judgments. Time to explore and understand your body. By giving different options and space to tap into your own inution my flows are available to all levels. 
 
My Vinyasa is a dynamic flow supported by electronic yet gentle music, smell and touch. It consits of Sun Salutations, fluent transitions, strenthening and holding asanas and a more relaxing and stretching cool down.

The next slides will give you some insights to understand more about the style and intensity of each format. By giving options and offering hands on adjustment, all levels are welcome in each class! 🧘🏻‍♀️

By the way, yoga for us is not about crazy poses. It is about getting to know your own body and trying out variations. How far do you wanna go today? Let’s flow and explore together.

Welcome to Olive3

Olive3 yoga retreat centre is located in beautiful Ericeira, conveniently nestled in the old village, within walking distance from the beaches, shops and restaurants, but tucked away enough to allow peace and quiet. You will find us almost hidden behind three olive trees (hence the name!) and Fonte do Cabo, an old fountain dating from 1457. which makes it one of the oldest fountains in Ericeira. Olive3 yoga retreat centre is a perfect venue for yoga retreats, workshops and teacher training courses, other wellness and heath related workshops and events, team buildings as well as co-working space for special projects, but when we don’t host yoga retreats, workshops and teacher training courses exclusive to the group, we offer yoga classes, workshops and events open to public. This summer join us for open Vinyasa yoga AM and PM classes, more info on our website.
