These three weeks are my favorite part of the year.

Not because we're creating yoga teachers (although many wonderful teachers have graduated from this training), but because I get to witness people deepen their relationship with themselves, with the practice, and with one another.

Over 22 days we live, practisc and learn together. We explore Traditional Hatha Yoga through a therapeutic lens, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, nervous system regulation, and teaching methodology. There are quiet mornings, shared meals, meaningful conversations, time by the river, and plenty of space for reflection and questions.

I intentionally keep each training small, with fewer than 10 participants. That allows me to offer individual guidance and creates a community where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

Whether your intention is to become a yoga teacher or simply to deepen your own practice, this training is designed to meet you where you are.

Applications close on Friday, August 1, so I can personally connect with everyone joining before we begin on August 10.

🌿 A new 6-week Traditional Hatha Yoga series begins this Monday (June 22) at Cara Creek 🌿

Over the past 6 weeks, we've been exploring practices to support spinal health, mobility, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing. It's been beautiful to witness the changes that can happen when we simply show up consistently.

This next series will continue our work with the spine while also incorporating more hip opening and full-body integration.

We are delighted to announce our new Spine as Lifeline retreat coming up in August. For one week, we'll explore the spine as a source of support, strength, mobility, and awareness through a steady and progressive yoga practice.

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, deepen your understanding of movement, and cultivate a more sustainable relationship with your body. Alongside daily yoga and workshops, there will be plenty of time for rest, river swims, sauna sessions, nature, and integration.

Open to both students and teachers, and also available as a standalone retreat or as 40 hours toward the Advanced Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training.
