One of my greatest pleasures is welcoming my guests around the table and sharing the authentic flavours of Portugal.

Today, I had the joy of serving oven-roasted sea bass, prepared with care and simple, fresh ingredients. For me, hospitality is found in these special moments—good food, warm conversations, and the pleasure of making every guest feel truly at home.
