“Bubbles & Desserts” transformed sweets into a full fine dining experience, with 10 creative dishes, endless champagne and only 26 guests around the table.
From beetroot with basil to strawberry and pepper creations, every plate came with a story told by the chef himself. And just when everyone thought the night couldn’t surprise them more, a beef tartare arrived and completely stole the scene.
