Our mini horta is a small part of Greenth Avenue, but it’s full of life, colour, smells and little things waiting to be discovered. 🌱🍓

Looking for a different way to discover the Algarve? 🌿🥾

We recommend stepping away from the usual tourist routes and exploring the region on foot.

The Via Algarviana is a network of walking routes that connects nature, local heritage and rural landscapes throughout the Algarve. It’s a different way of experiencing the region — slower, closer to the landscape, and with a much smaller footprint.

One route we recommend is Rota da Água in Loulé. 💧

Starting in the heart of Loulé, the route takes you through places shaped by the relationship between people and water, including old fountains, waterways, wells and other examples of the region’s hydraulic heritage.

And the best part? You don’t need to be an experienced hiker to explore these routes. The network includes different trails, so you can choose one that suits your pace and plans.
