My name is Otto and am from Holland,Amsterdam but live in Portugal more than 30 years.
Somany things done in the meantime from restaurant, building comp, kitesurf school/ boattours and I do rent out my houses.
Rentals is a good way of making a little extra money to complete having a good life.
Joia de Luz is a more than 20 years ago finished house which is for rent some 10 years, the clients loved it, a great place to be so nearby the village of Moncarapacho with 4 bedrooms with bathroom for each. A lovely pool and for the winter period I build a Sauna. And this all on 5 km from the lovely fishing village where is also my other house.
