There are three ways to experience a Three House.

The first is the sensible one: stay with us. Sleep just beneath where the magic happens, one click away from the party, one thought away from your bed…or after party.

The second is simpler: get your ticket and come. No overthinking, no “maybe next time”, no negotiations with yourself. Some nights deserve instinctively decisions, good stories, and very little planning.

And then there’s the third way and unfortunately some of know the one. Watching it afterwards. Seeing everyone else having the night you almost had. Telling yourself it’s fine..there will be another one..

And yes, we’ll do it again.

Just never quite like this, maybe even better. 🧡

Three fluffy juicy baos. Three places to enjoy them. And somehow, choosing lunch has become a serious decision.

Indoors, cosy between the walls, tucked away like you’ve found your own little nest.

Outside, the city stretching in front of you, with the sea quietly peeking through below.

Or at the chef’s counter, right where everything happens... the movement, the stories, the steam, the heat. Close enough to feel all of it. Almost.

And then you still have to choose the bao.

Hard decisions. Great outcomes.

If we had to name one exact moment, we probably couldn’t. The memories of that day are beautifully blurred, almost like a mirage , yet the feeling it left behind remains vivid, still lingering deeply in our hearts and souls 🤎

It’s not about how many we are, or how long each of us has been here. This is a crew built from the old and the new, from different paths, but with one shared view.

And when we look at what we’ve built together in the last six years, through changing times and weather, we see more than work, more than names on a wall. We see trust, pride, and a team like a tree, standing strong and tall.

Different stories, different journeys, different roles, but one goal for us all.

Above all, the plus is us.

And that’s a wrap.

Three plus three. We turned six in a way we could never have imagined when we first decided to open this little nest of gratitude, joy, temptation, sin and everything that lives somewhere in between.

On the first day of August, we gathered a handful of remarkably talented women and watched them set our rooftop on fire.

They arrived with grace, attitude and absolutely no intention of playing it safe. They took over the booth, the sunset and the dance floor for six hours straight.

There was heat. There was movement. There were cocktails poured with alarming repetition. There were people promising they would leave early, which was adorable, considering we were still seeing them after 1 a.m.

And then, as it always does, the night came to an end.

What remains are blurred memories, tired bodies, unfinished conversations and that quiet melancholy that arrives when something beautiful ends exactly when it should.

Six years later, we are still here. A little wiser, slightly bolder and stil stubbornly convinced that this is the way we want things to happen.

Thank you to everyone who danced, poured, cooked, played, stayed, sinned and survived.

Three plus three.

Six years gone.

And somehow, we are only just beginning.

The second round of our 6th anniversary celebrations is over, and looking back, we could very easily do a third. After all, this is Three House.

Flamma turned the heat up another level, serving skewers so dangerously good that even those that didnt plan to go bare hands finally surrendered. Dignity felt fragile around an open flame.

On the Bartenders Stage, Moebius showed exactly how hospitality and entertainment should coexist: effortless, fun and sharp..And the cocktails? Shake. Pour. Drink. Repeat.

Some memories fade. Others leave a taste behind.

This is the Three House aftertaste 🧡

Through our eyes, we have eyes only for you.

For the way you wander across the rooftop.
For the pause before the first sip.
For the sunlight as it reaches your face, the sound as it settles into your bones, and the moment restraint quietly loses its place.

We watch the drinks being poured, the bodies begin to move, the smiles arrive late and leave even later. Nothing forced. Nothing wasted. At least, not entirely.

Our eyes are on you, and somewhere between what is seen and what is felt, the day becomes hard to forget, and the night even harder. We promise, we deliver. Then we let it echo in your mind for days...

Shall we do it all over again?

This Saturday, we return.

For those who can handle the views, the food, the cocktails, the sound, and the morning after.
