• Hosting breakfast shifts and helping everyone start their day right
• Working bar shifts and creating a relaxed, social atmosphere in the afternoons and evenings
• Sharing local tips, good vibes, and the Vida Boa spirit

• Friendly, outgoing, and naturally social
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• A confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Passionate about hospitality, community, and coastal outdoor living
• The kind of person who brings great energy to a room and enjoys connecting with people
