Rosanna designed The Sun Hill in the most sustainable way possible. Therefore, it is important to know that the water is heated by solar panels and that we do not use plastic bottles. The swimming-pool is salted with no chemicals in it. The food is mostly organic and localy-sorted by farmers. We try to recycle everything and do our best to limited the amount of water consumed.
